Healthcare Training Solutions was started in 2012 by Dianne Cesvette, a Registered Nurse of over 20 years with extensive experience in Surgical Intensive Care, Trama & Neuro in several Level 1 Trauma Centers in New York City. Cesvette is also experienced in home health care in both New York City and Virginia. For over 5 years she owned and operated a home health care company in Hampton Roads.
All courses are taught by Registered Nurses using state mandated curriculum with a focus on high quality clinical skills geared towards adult learners. Students are able pursue a career in healthcare or be able give first aid and cpr in their organizations. Healthcare Training Solutions, Inc. also offers CPR certification.
“We specialize in offering Personal Care Aide and Medication Aide Training. We assist graduates with job placement. We also offer Medication Administration Training (MAT) for Childcare Providers, CPR, First Aid, BLS for Healthcare Providers, Medication Aide Refresher Course and G-Tube Training. All programs are approved by governing agencies,” said Dianne Cesvette. “75% of the elderly need or will need assistance to live at home, especially the baby boomers and older.”
