Personal Care Aide with Elderly Client
Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program offered by Healthcare Training Solutions is the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) approved 40 hour training program. Course offers practical training designed to equip personal care aides with the skills needed to be an effective caregiver. Emphasis is placed on recognizing changes in condition, to whom and how to report such changes and accurately document. Skills include skin care, nutrition, fall prevention, home management and more. This is not a Virginia State Board of Nursing program.
