American Heart Association (AHA) 2015 guidelines course is Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS). This BLS instructor led course teaches both single-rescuer and 2-rescuer CPR with Bag Valve Mask and AED scenario practice. Basic life support dynamics emphasizes high-quality CPR. Instructions include practice with Adult, Child & Infant scenarios and a written test.

Course Length: 2 hours Cost: $65
First Aid course is 2 1/2 hours of instructions designed for persons assigned to respond to emergencies in the workplace, childcare settings, the community at large or for anyone seeking to improve their skills. This First Aid course includes emergencies involving: bleeding, heat & cold emergencies, seizures, burns, head, neck and spine injuries, insect bites, poisoning, blood borne pathogens and more.
Course Length: 2 1/2 hours Cost: $45
NOTE: $85 for CPR and First Aid done on the same day. Course length is 4 1/2 hours.
